The Role:
We are looking for a Café Assistant to join us in transforming our business from 'good' to 'great'! This is a thrilling time for our company, and we need a key team member like you to help us achieve unprecedented success.

The ideal person will be confident and passionate about delivering high levels of customer service and have cash handling experience.
The main focus of the role will be to assist in the provision of a first class service to all Horizon Leisure Centre customers
What does the role involve?
A hands-on role that requires you to:
To serve customers in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
To ensure the Café is prepared and ready for business at the appointed opening times
To ensure all areas of the Café and products are displayed in a clean, tidy and attractive manner
To work to a high and fast standard to meet customer demand
To accurately process all till transactions
To actively promote add on sales
To perform other duties as assigned or requested in order to meet the needs of the business.

Strong Interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
The ability to prioritise workload under pressure in a confident and calm manner
A flexible approach to work
Friendly and enthusiastic manner
