The Role:
The Horizon Soft Play Team Leader will be responsible for running Horizon Soft Play daily efficiently. To provide a safe, stimulating and family-centred environment. The Team Leader will ensure that all team members work effectively and professionally under their guidance and supervision and per Horizon Soft Play’s policies and procedures.

The ideal person will have experience with:
- Working with children (desirable)
- Working in a similar environment (desirable)l
- Organising children’s activities, parties and events (desirable)
- Working in a customer-facing role (essential)
- Experience in a supervisory / team leader role (essential)
What does the role involve?
A hands-on role that requires you to:
- Ensure the Horizon Soft Play Centre is open and manned at the publicised times
- Work with the Marketing Department to promote products, services and events to members and non-members to grow revenue, occupancy, and overall usage
- Coordinate the events calendar and party bookings, ensuring high standards are met
- Organise and oversee the booking of parties and events and related administration tasks
- Continuously initiate ideas, improve the level of service and ensure all employees are motivated
- Support the Children’s Activities Manager with rotas
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety Legislation, completing necessary safety checks
- Assist with the induction of new employees
- Assist in the delivery of inductions and staff training to Horizon Soft Play Centre employees
- Ensure the safety of all visitors to the Horizon Soft Play Centre
- Effectively deal with customer enquiries
- Ensure the facilities are kept clean and free of hazards

This role will be based at Havant but will be expected to travel to other company site as the need requires.
