The ideal candidate:
The ideal person will be enthusiastic, professional and experienced coach with good communication skills and great gymnastics technique knowledge.
The Role:
This is a hands-on role that requires you to:
- Plan and deliver safe, fun, and engaging gymnastics sessions for children of all ages and abilities
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to gymnasts and parents
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all gymnasts during training sessions
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with gymnasts, parents, and other staff members
- Attend training courses and keep up to date with the latest coaching techniques and practices
Requirements, skills and competencies:
- UKCC level 2+ in General gymnastics, Artistic, Rhythmic or Acro.
- Being able to deliver recreational and/or squad level in artistic or rhythmic gymnastics
- Experience coaching gymnastics to children of all ages and abilities
- Knowledge of safe practice and child protection policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for gymnastics and the ability to inspire, empower and motivate others

This role will be based at Havant but will be expected to travel to other company site as the need requires.

The recruiting manager will review your CV and if shortlisted, you will be invited to a formal interview/assessment process where we will evaluate your suitability for the role.
The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
