Who we are
We’re a community focused leisure trust operating since 1997, with centres in Waterlooville, Havant and Guildford. We are passionate about health and wellbeing and are committed to making an outstanding positive impact on our customers and within our local community. Our mission is to support and inspire our local communities to live healthier and happier lives.
How are we doing this? By providing outstanding facilities that are accessible and welcoming to everyone with a fun and friendly team that are motivated and engaged.

Horizon has given me the ability to grow as a person. I came in as an assistant Duty Manager in 2017 and I have been able to work my way up to the role of Swim School Manager. Through support, guidance and empowerment we have built one of the most successful swim schools in the area.

I have been working at Horizon for 15 years, I started as a Party Host then Receptionist, Centre Attendant, Duty Manager, Swim Teacher, Gym Instructor, Training Assessor, Reception Team Leader and now my current role: Swim Coordinator/Swim Teacher. The skills I have achieved from working here has helped me become the person I am today, without the support from Horizon I wouldn’t haven’t been able obtain the extra qualifications and knowledge.
